This is a little experiment having to do with the food we eat.
Basically, I am eating exactly 2000 calories of a specific food one day each week. Could be eggnog, could be broccoli, could be anything. I am recording how I feel each one of these days and posting something new every Monday. Feel free to browse the archives, or sign up to be notified of new posts.
